  I spoke to Jim on Friday to arrange a test drive for Saturday. He had a family thing but said he could meet me afterwards at 2pm (his suggested time). However instead of doing what he said he sold the car 30 minutes before I arrived to some walk-in. I traveled 2 1/2 hours ( 5hrs roundtrip) on my only day off to get there. I will NEVER do business with this guy.

  I left work early to test drive a car with my partner. He had personally spoken to Jim and organised a time for us to come by. He then called 3 hours before hand to confirm we could still test drive the car. We traveled 2 and a half hours to get there, then 10 minutes before the test drive Jim calls to say he just sold the car to a walk-in. The lack of respect Jim has shown his customers is absolutely mind blowing.
