  The above 2 incidents are enough for me to stay away from this shop. If you find a good deal in the shop, by all means go and buy it. However, I recommend you make sure how much you are charged in the receipt. Also, make sure you get a refund if you need to return an item.

  2. Never trust the price displayed in the rack. Always double check the price you are billed or else you may be mislead. I recently bought few shirts from this shop thinking the price showed on the rack will be what I will be charged. Instead, I was charged more and I didn't realize this until I reached home. I took the item back to shop in original condition with receipts and explained the situation to the sales person. The sales person didn't want to accept what I said, but instead kept on saying the price is correct. I ended up returning the item and getting a refund.

  1. Shop sales person refused to offer refund for an unused item. The item was returned with original tags, dress was not used, and was returned with original purchase receipt. The sales person said the shop can't process refund as the item was on sale. The purchase receipt didn't said they won't offer for items on sale. In fact, according to the receipt, a customer is entitled for refund if the item is returned in original condition, is unused, no tags removed and comes with original purchase receipt. They refused refund and offered me store credit.

  I am a frequent buyer from Connor for shirts, trousers, t-shirts etc. I buy from them because I believe that they are value for money and has discount sales often, Only recently I relocated to Penrith and tried this shop within the Westfield shopping center. It is unfortunate to say that I am disappointed with the customer service at this shop. My two bad experiences are as follows;

  I was picking up a few shirts and a pair of shoes to treat myself on my birthday. I'm new to Connor and felt a little out of my depth.

  There was a slight problem with the computers not scanning the prices for two of the shirts correctly and when I went back in Eric and the whole team fixed the problem up without hesitation.
