i had an issue that with my phone that they could not fix, but were quite happy to replace it. im not much of a phone expert but they answered all of my many questions simple enough for me to understand , the service was just amazing :)

I payed for a 1tb console and they gave me a 500gb console. Because the employees didn't get it right I need to catch the train down to the store and walk 3km carrying the console to get a replacement. IF YOU SHOP HERE, CHECK WHAT THEY GIVE YOU IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU BUY AND KEEP YOUR RECIPT!!!
