  Tried to sell me a dusty icecream machine that had been on display for a while but they still wanted me to pay full price. When i asked about a discout they were quite rude the staff member said i dont care if it's the display model you either pay full price or go somewhere else there is no way it was worth $199 in that condition haven't gone back since i would rather pay more at another shop

  This store deserves no stars , but I give 3 stars only because of the great service I received from Janita, who was helpful and pleasant. The Manager on the other hand deserves no stars for her unapproachable manner, sour face and rude manner in responding to a question I asked.

  Very disappointed price of a poaching pan was 60% more than the House web site their reply was that they are an individual ? .
