  Usually it’s in and out no problems but on sat it was very busy and has we were just registering a car we could do it on the computers they have. We will all end up doing it like this to rid staff but anyway we started doing it and had a lovely young man who advised us how to do everything he treated us like we were bloody 90 I am early 40s I know my rego and I know how to use my credit card I ain’t dumb. Usually I give thumbs up to this place but please put the smartarse 13 year old out the back.

  I went for my P's at this Penrith branch. Quite well maintained at this place, great easygoing staff, not so busy and the testing officer was pleasant and helpful. As for the test itself, relatively straightforward, not as much traffic even during a school zone, recommend for your services.

  they always seem to address simple matters promptly which is convenient to get you in and out quickly staff are friendly, gets quite busy though so be smart about what time you go.

  I wish the systems would stop going down every time I have an important test booked. I had to sit my Hazard Perception Test twice because the systems went down after my first attempt and couldn't retrieve the results. And now my driving test is today and the systems are down and I'm facing the prospect of not being able to see my family for Christmas. Not happy. So sick of it.
