  We're renting through response (NOT FOR MUCH LONGER!) & their service is the worst I've ever come across, absolutely horrible, the property managers don't even know the lease terms and rules that go along with it. We've been here for over 11 weeks and been waiting for repairs to be done and email after email and phone call after phone call has been ignored by them, needless to say we are still waiting on the repairs but have decided just to move out. Lease terms have been broken by response and they are constantly trying to twist their story in their favor so that we have to pay a break fee, which we don't. Can't wait to be rid of them!

  Geoff went out of his way to arrange quotes for repairs, organise earlier settlement to move in to our new home and we knew everything would be taken care of by Geoff and the team.

  Horrible, no organization or a clue what is going on there, hard to get info from them, all of them will tell you a different story. and don't ever expect a quick response to ANYTHING!

  I have bought and recently sold my home through Response Real Estate and I had to leave a review for them because Geoff and the team were so helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. All the great things you read about them and see in their videos is all true.

  Worest real estate ever. Been struggling to get repairs done from the day we signed the lease agreement going through NCAT. Trash trash trash never use the company
