    Rude, unfriendly staff who say nothing to you as you walk through their dog legged store. Also very unknowledgeable about product and upcoming releases. Maybe hire people who actually know things about shoes

    I wouldn't even give a star rating to this store. Only bought a pair of Tigers for my son this morning and was told I could exchange them ANY time no problems. My son turned up to exchange on same day (simply for a different size) and was told he couldn't do it today as it was store policy and boxing day (well excuse me but it's not even boxing day). Disgusting service and totally against consumer rules. I did phone and argued with them and sent my son back to do the exchange. I would trust there be no further issues and will take this up with NSW fair trading.
