  I got eyebrow threading done. The lady with the tattoo on right arm made my eyelid bleed. Afterwards, she finished with the threading and handed me a tissue to clean the hairs off my face. No powder, cooling gel.Just a rushed job with no customer service.

  Bad place. Overpriced service. Unfriendly incompetent staff members chit chat about customers. Even the owner is a weird lady. If you complaint about a staff member she only defends. She wouldn't apologize offer compensation or say that she'll talk to her staff members. She doesn't wanna do anything to improve the service for her customers. Don't recommend. Never going there again...!

  Came here as a last resort to get my eyebrows threaded as Im not from the area. Was served by an indian woman named Mona. Ended up being happier then my local threading lady. My eyebrows turned out amazing. Very happy customer

  Had a facial/massage in a very cold room with noisy air conditioning and extremly bright lights. I asked for the lights to be dimmed but she couldnt there were 9 down lights ! I felt like I was in a cold cupboard under a spotligh even with my eyes shut it was bright ! "background" music was too loud and manotonous left with a headache .Definitely not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

  THE STAFF WERE RUDE AND DID NOT TEND TO THE RECEPTION DESK. I HAD MY EYEBROWS WAXED AND TINTED. ONE OF THE WORST WAX JOBS I HAVE EVER HAD AND MY EYEBROWS ARE TATOO'D, SO IT'S JUST FOLLOWING THE LINE. WON'T B GOING BACK.

  Also my campanion got hair dyed. Slow service and poor job done. The staff don't know what they're doing. They don't know their prices and paying is very confusing. Never going back.
