  Absolutely hopeless the man who did my nails was rude and cut 7 of my fingers, when I asked if he could do then shorter and huffed and sighed and pulled my hand closer to him. The acrylic was way too thick and made it look like it was just chucked on and let to dry. WONT EVER BE GOING BACK!

  Had acrylic tips put on two weeks ago, $45 for a full set, the woman couldn't even bother to do my cuticles. She put the acrylic on about 4mm away from the cuticle so here we are two weeks later, 7 nails have fallen off because I needed infills after 1 week and the remaining three have lifted. Second time this has happened, I gave them a second chance, there won't be a third, not at those rip off prices, I could do a better job using my left hand while blind folded.

  Came here with my Mum for shellac manicures, we were both very pleased with the quality of the service. We've been to loads of places in Penrith and in the Inner West and this is the best so far. The workers were very attentive and skilled and took their time to do everything right. The shellac manicure cost a few dollars extra than other places in Penrith Plaza but it is very worth it. Highly recommended.

  Always lovely service, very quick waiting time, and very competitive pricing compared to other nail salons. Even though I've now moved away from the area, I keep coming back to get my nails done here.

  This afternoon my sister and I went to Professionail in Penrith plaza to get a manicure and pedicure for a wedding tomorrow. I have never in my life been to such a hopeless nail salon. For starters, their shellac nail polish is not true to the colour samples that they provide. My sister chose a neutral dusty pink shade which ended up being a dark grey when they painted her toenails. They explained that the sample was a discontinued/ old shade. That is not good enough! Secondly, the lady that I had could not speak more than two words of English and after me telling her NOT to cut my nails- she proceeded to get the nail clippers and cut my index finger. This has now left me with one short finger nail. She did three extremely thick coats of polish on my toes and fingers which did not give me any choice other than to stay in the salon for 1.5 hours until they dried (so I thought). To my surprise, apparently 1.5 hours was not a sufficient amount of drying time. The lady touched my nails to see whether I was good to go and smudged my finger nail while she was at it! She did not offer to touch it up, she just left it as is. I finally left the salon and my nails and toenails completely smudged and marked. Luckily I had taken note of the shade as I had to go to Myer and spend another $30 to purchase the nail polish to touch up my own nails. I have never received such pathetic and disgusting service. I will never return to Professionail again.
