  The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and the pricing is competitive. We dropped off my partner's bike for it's free service and the manager recognised us straight away; we had a text message and an e-mail quick-smart to say the bike was ready for collection... so they're efficient, too!

  Excellent customer service. 99 Bikes Penrith came recommend from a friend and they did not disappoint. The sales person we dealt with was a great wealth of knowledge and even knew the tracks we often ride. He was happy to explain things to us without being patronising (which I really appreciate). I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a bike, any bike!

  Great service. Friendly, helpful and kind-it makes you feel good. Great range, and reasonable prices. Guys are easy to talk to. No snobbery or pomposity at this shop. Great code of conduct and customer work ethic. I have a choice of different bike shops where i live, and this, in my experience is the best so far. A pleasure to go to! Thankyou- youre tops!
