    The cappuccino I bought today from the Gloria Jeans No.1 on the Western (Wollies) end of Penrith Plaza had very little coffee taste, in fact tasted like frothy milk only. This coffee shop has gone down hill from the original store owners a ciple of years previous. I have bought caps from this outlet from this outlet before and coffee has been tasteless. I think the need to go back to baristas school to learn how to make real coffees. Sorry I drink alt of caps & these are awful.

    Coffee is ok but service is lacking. Not the usual friendly atmosphere I'm accustomed to at other stores.

    Worst experience today at the Gloria Jean in the food court in Westfields. Waitress was so rude. I will never go to this Gloria Jean ever again. Instead of keeping a customer happy when we received the wrong order, she wanted me to pay again. For the sake of $4. Rude
