The coffee was good and the fruit juice was very nice and presented like a cocktail, very cool. The food was sensational. First off it all looks great, I had eggs Benedict and it was fantastic, the hollondase was lovely and light, the bacon was like glass (in a good way) my wife had the salmon which was fresh and we'll cooked. The kids meal we got was great and a very generous portion. I felt like the portions were quite generous (I'm not a huge eater though) and were fairly priced.

Definitely not to be mistaken for a review of Product of Italy (next door), The Village is still a decent cafe to go but I found the prices to be a little high for what you get.

Great food....good prices. Highly recommended for that on the road to work coffee or nutritious brekkie!!!

The new King in Henry Street. This place is cool and contemporary, the meals are delicious and the staff are friendly everything the previous establishment that occupied this space was not.

My coffee rating for this one is generally good, depending on what you order.

The service is great and I really like the renovations. I know it's a tired trope but the industrial chic actually really works in the interior of an old church. Thankfully they weren't tacky enough to make you sit in pews.

Overall I'd say to give this a try and see what you think. It's getting more popular each time I see it so you may be in for a wait if you arrive mid-service.

The staff were extremely friendly, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and promptly seated. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. She even gave our little one a colouring in book.

I really enjoyed my visit and I'm so glad that old fashioned hole king Henry's court is gone.

I noticed some of the reviews here are for the previous place so let me set the record strait. This is not king Henry's court 2.0 or a done up version of that sad old place. This is a totally different and new cafe. It's been totally renovated and it looks fantastic. Putting in extra windows was a great idea, it feels light and fresh. The location used to be dark and dingy, more a dungeon (with crappy craft) than a court, the fresh new interior is fantastic. Even little things like the cutlery are high quality.

Atmosphere is significantly upgraded and feels cosy. Staff are lovely and food was great. Waited a little long for the food, but I suppose being newer to open, its teething issues at the moment. Keep up the great work, could be a top spot for the Penrith brekky game.
