  Service department couldn't fix the issues with the car, could not even provide the correct loan car after a month of being in the queue. Even though they distictly said they would not repeat their mistake again. Poor service, I gave them 2 chances.

  I came in with my sister to help her buy a car. When we met Kane, I was a little bit worried that he would be like every other car salesman (pushy, sales driven, harassing) but he was completely different. Kane really helped out my sister and also put my mind at ease that a young girl here would be okay with purchasing a car from him. No fuss, no lies, no issues at all. He helped her choose a car which I felt was really tailored to her, and didn't make her get things which she found she didn't need out of a car. It really was first class service - something I never thought i would say about a car salesman. Amazing work Kane, and thanks for helping my sister buy Gunmetal Graeme - her new Suzuki Swift!!! :)

  I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi from Rachel O'Connor at Nepean Motor Group. I have to say, Rachel was the most pleasant, knowledgable salesperson I think I have ever dealt with and at no time did I feel pressured at all to buy, which actually made me feel more confident to buy from her! In the end, I couldn't decide between two different makes of car but decided on the Mitsubishi due to Rachel's excellent service, and the wonderful Caitlyn who sourced finance for me super quickly. Nepean Motor Group, these two ladies are an absolute credit to your business and both deserve a pay rise. I've told all my local friends to visit your business next time they're looking for a new car. 5+ stars.

  Not only were they able to offer a red hot price on the car, but their customer service, product knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. They really went that extra mile to ensure that the whole experience was efficient, enjoyable, and even fun - just like buying a new car should be!
