  Would have to be the most appalling service we have ever experienced. Took months to get vehicle's warranty documentation. Don't return calls. Rude. Refused to replace a part they had taken off when installing nudge bar. Have to wait months to get anything done. Poor workmanship which had to be redone at our expense by a professional Auto Electrician who told us work was done by a back yarder and was dangerously installed. Will never go back. Went to manufacturer (in another state) of motorhome and are very happy with their professional service, respect and care, and they return calls.

  Always going to voice mail, never return calls... after sales and service is non-existent. Even when you spent close too 180k on a motorhome....

  Thank you Sydney RV and especially Ruby. We bought our Adria Altea 552PK in April. Starting our RV search looking for a second hand unit, Ruby talked to us about our needs and budget. She matched us to a brand new Adria and we couldn't be happier. A fantastic RV with everything we need, quality made and looks great. Sydney RV's service has been fantastic - we've travelled over 11,000 Kms and the small issues we have had (nothing serious) have been rectified with no fuss or bother. Recommend Sydney RV and Ruby to anyone looking for a great RV.

  Don't hit deadlines, don't update you on missed deadlines. Don't return calls. Left us with a gas leak and water leak after warranty work. Dreadful.
