  Absolutely useless! Got my Toyota supra inspected to get some damage repaired then got it booked in. The day finally came for the car to go in and get repaired, after the car was there for a few hours I get a phone call saying that they can't work on the car because it's an import so they had to send it to another place to get repaired and now gotta wait another week for it, only good thing that came out of it was they towed my car to the other repair shop

  Awesome Experience! Assessor was friendly, knowledgeable and went that extra step, could find no fault with the repairs, and they were done super fast. Very happy :D

  Called in for quote as directed by insurance company, refused to give us a quote, simply wanted it booked in to do the repairs. I’d read previous reviews so was sceptical but I always give people the benefit of doubt, time wasted, went around the corner and got a quote, booked in for service simply based on integrity and customer service. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Clearly they live off insurance claims and how much they can get out of them.

  To be fair one of the repair staff had told me I might need to change my battery in a month or so. But 5 min later I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with my battery dead so I called them to ask why didn't they tell me how serious was my battey's situation to change it immediately. They simply said: we never know because a car is full of surprises!!

  When I got the car after a week it was really low on gas. As if someone may have been driving it. Also 500 meters out of the repair place the car's battey died!

  Only took less than a week to fix my car from a rear end accident and the quality of the work is brilliant, can’t even tell the rear end has been in an accident. Highly recommended repairer.
