  Just had a fantastic experience with the Tech team. Richard and Andrew were incredibly helpful. I was there to purchase just a laptop for a new course I was taking, and not only did they help me select an appropriate laptop, I was also able to buy an antivirus and Microsoft office and still stay reasonably close to my budget.

  Bought a washing machine for my friend who is disabled. First charged $100 extra then online Harvey Norman price then promised to do delivery next week and called back after two weeks to inform me that color of washing machine is not available in store so we will order and you will get in first week of January. I asked them to give me whatever colour is available then they said they gonna call back after talking to boss, then they forgot to call back and I called them back after two days and they said we had something in system so we will deliver you on weekend. When delivery man comes to drop the machine doesn't put it in laundry and neither install it as we didn't ask to ask. When called back they said you had to tell us you need to install and pay $20. I asked them why didn't you give me this option before they had no answer. And delivery guy could see that my friend is on wheelchair but didn't install so it could save his hastle and take cash from him but didn't do it. When talk to manager he was the biggest arrogant doesn't know customer service. In short be careful and clear all these things when you deal with Harvey Norman especially if you are going Penrith. Had to pay extra to handyman to install washing machine. What a disgusting service.

  Bought a washing machine that was delivered as promised and installed. Developed a problem after installation.-same day. Contacted salesman ( Mohammad) who could not have done more than he did. Returned phone calls as promised and arranged a replacement machine that was delivered as promised even over the weekend..No problems. Total delay from fault developing to full replacement of a new machine- Friday 8th to Wednesday 13th. Could NOT HAVE BEEN QUICKER>

  Did not know anything about gaming PC's but they showed me the specs and so forth and has helped me make a decision. I recommend this place many times over
