    Bought a PC tower, TV and washing machine from here and negotiated down to almost their cost price just to beat Good Guys. Always buy my electronics from here.

    I called this store for an enquiry , a guy called Mike answered the phone and talked to me over the phone. He was very arrogant, impatient and rude over the phone. He does not listen to the customer at all , and he does not care the customer's needs and feeling.

    Cashier could learn a bit of training to be not so matter of fact: Ned Kelly-ish when taking your money! Even a smile would do! The only rivals that come close to these guys in service, price and availability is The Good Guys (if I could find where they moved to!!)
