  Decided it was time to upgrade the speakers in my ute before a long trip out west. Made the booking within a week of the installation date which was impressive considering a nearby shop couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks. On the day I was treated very well and they took time to understand the music I like so I could be matched to the best speakers. Now at this point I was referred to a set of speakers that didn't meet my expectations, they were a long way off in terms of sound quality to my original speakers. I wasn't comfortable with their initial choice but they did an excellent job of pairing me up with a better set of speakers after taking more time to understand what I was after, my music preferences and budget. In the end they made a genuine effort to ensure I left happy and for this, I have to give them 5 stars! It's great to see that there are still some shops out there who really want their customers to leave happy.

  They said it would be ready at 2pm, we show up at 2:20pm and it's not done. They say it'll be one more hour which is fine... we came back an hour later.. still not done. So we waited around the corner as we didn't to croud them and make them feel pressured.
