  very aggressive male employee (large guy) that likes to but-in when your dealing with other employees. Things he know everything which looks like a theme from other reviews - said he has held many jobs and that is why he knows everything. I am sure there is a reason he didn't last at ALL his MANY jobs. I am also concerned about the amount of information required when I am paying to get a screen replaced not under warranty. Was told to take a walk to JB to get my receipt from a year ago - seriously!! Bad form with your processes Samsung. Samsung you could really learn something from Apple with its processes and procedures. The young girl I was dealing with held herself well despite the difficult interaction and her aggressive colleague.

  Be sure not to get Gatlin to help You, he feels as though he should demean and belittle customers...if the young lady is there be sure to get her to hp you out. Gatlin was more interested in making sure I knew I didn't know how to sort out my phone battery issues and that everyone around knew about it. Quite a rude person, can't say ive met anybody quite like him until my visit this time. I'll be sure to go to a different kiosk next time.

  I had an issue with my charger that wasn't fast charging. Crystal and Luke have done such a great job servicing me today with this problem. They replaced my cable without hesitation and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this kiosk for any Samsung issue, thank you :)

  Always feeling welcome and great to back at the place I worked at for more than a year! Great to see the old fam again. Great customer service and friendly vibes always!

  My S6 Edge blacked out so the team at Samsung Penrith sent it away and had it fixed within 2 days. I thought I had lost everything but Crystal managed to get all my files back! However my phone came back from service with a loose part internally and Crystal managed to swap it over with a refurbished S6 Edge they had spare. She (as well as Luke and Ryan) helped me set it all up which over the 3 days I was there in total took quite a few hours. They were so friendly and happy to help so a thank you bag of lollies was well deserved. I cannot thank the team at Samsung Penrith enough, they were wonderful.
