  The same staff member refused and after further discussion told her to contact head office at which point my wife said, "there's a phone, call them now." The staff member spoke first and explained the situation and was advised to refund but still refused.

  Don't buy from this franchisee! My wife went in to buy a specific product that is advertised on the corporate web site but was told they didn't stock it in that store. (Oddly enough I purchased the same item there less than 3 months ago). She was "upsold" to a different brand that didn't have the same features as the one I wanted and took it back the following day, unopened and requested a refund.

  The staff were nothing but helpful, saved me from buying the wrong shaver for my type of facial hair. Highly recommended visiting this store I have never had such a easy shaver shopping experience!! Love your work!!

  She handed the phone to my wife and was apologised to vehemently by the h/o staff and was offered a refund by h/o and told to keep the item.

  Very BAD experience Manager refused to provide name when asked. Purchased 169.90 Mechanical toothbrush and before 12 months was broken but manager refused to replace as it was a "moving part" The main shaft was broken and would not hold head in place. When H/O was contacted they said they would replace at one of their corporate outlets.
