  We had no idea where to start when our dad suddenly passed. I had contacted a number of funeral companies that I knew of simply because they were bigger companies well advertised and not one of them contacted me back. Jim had called me back within an hour of my enquiry and I was blown away by his service from the first conversation. We couldn't have asked for more for our Dads funeral. Jim and Janet from Nepean Valley Funerals were amazing, and compassionate and we really felt like they became a part of our family throughout the entire planning process. They went out of their way to accomodate us, and our family couldn't be more grateful that there are people like them to take the time to ensure that from start to finish you feel taken of.

  Jim and Janet from Nepean Valley Funerals provided my mum and I with such professional and supportive service from the onset. Their service continued all the way through from beginning to end, with very high standards. Jim and Janet even contacted my family after hours to check in on us and make sure we were doing ok. They pride themselves on providing you with personalised service. It was the little extra things that they do to help, that made them stand out from the rest.

  Jim is an extremely compassionate person, who showed so much respect during this difficult time. He worked absolute miracles, and achieved for us what other funeral directors didn't even want to attempt; Jim and the team just went above and beyond their job description to help us say goodbye; they are exactly the kind of people you need looking after you when you're grieving. With Jim, it never felt like just a business transaction, he put our needs before his own convenience, and by the end of the whole process, it felt like he was part of the family. A huge thank you to Jim, Janet, Leanne and the rest of the team, we can't tell you all how appreciated you all are.
