    Prices were competitive with other retailers in the area and the showroom is beautiful. The ability to modify suites for the correct solution was on par with local competitors however the warranty and after sale care was not as good as other competitors, specifically Plush.

    We would have been the easiest sale that day but in the end went back to plush and spoke to the team there.

    The disappointing part was the staff, there were 3 staff members in the store and 3 customers in the store, however as customers left and new ones entered we were not approached at all - I needed to approach the staff, the only difference was that we had two children under 4 with us and whilst they were getting impatient and wanted to play we ensured that they did not climb or play on the products.

    The lead time for sofa purchases through Nick Scali was 2 weeks shorter than Plush. Nick Scali were better than Harvey Norman but probably not as good as Domayne.

    Absolutely mismanaged my order, something that was assured within 8 weeks at time of sale is taking 5 MONTHS! And they have the guts to tell me it is within company policy!!! Extremely unhappy customer. Never returning to Nick Scali, Christmas ruined, will recommend everyone to stay away, thanks a lot!
