  I had the spotlight curtain/blind sales rep come to my house for three windows and I honestly thought blinds would be reasonable but at $5000. I don't think so spotlight.

  Large location and therefore wider stock of products however horrible customer service! Goodness forbid you ask for help from someone NOT standing behind a counter because apparently customer service is not part of their job unless theyre standing behind the counter.

  I have an issue with an online purchase I made last week and it got cancelled due to no stock and they are not refunding me for this order for another 7-10 days. I got absolutely no where with the online team the lady I spoke to was very rude and kept repeating herself like I a child so I called the Penrith store and spoke to the store manager and explained to him what had happened he went out of his way to find me stock in Armadale which I am completely great full for
