  A truly warm and friendly gym full of lovely people. Trainers are so welcoming and make you feel at ease whilst still pushing you to your capabilities. Since Melissa has owned the gym I've seen so many amazing renovations and changes! She's put in a new kitchen, new cycle room, new floor in the group fitness room and new equipment. Love training here feels like a big family

  I have been a member of other gyms and nothing compares to Fernwood Penrith. First of all being welcomed by beautiful Renee at the front desk and then all the other friendly staff who are more than happy to help on any way. Since having a makeover it accommodates all your needs and is always clean with equipment always maintained and working ( unlike the last gym I was a member of ). I can't recommend it more highly. The personal trainers are also awesome !!!!

  This is a fantastic place to workout! All of the staff are lovely and make everyone feel so comfortable. They offer so much support and motivation. Would recommend it to all women

  I have a bias opinion as an Employee of Fernwood but after being in a few different gyms, none of them compare to Fernwood Penrith. The Penrith staff offer great knowledge and professionalism and really know what woman want. The facilities are always kept clean and the amenities on offer are far above expectation. A great place for first timers or those who aren't comfortable with a co-ed environment.

  I have been trialing a number of gyms recently and this has to be my favourite. Very warm and welcoming and not judgemental. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Will definitely join once my free pass expires
