    Hella good vibes. Staff are dope and Equipment is awesome. Only downside is the stairs on leg days... Shoutout to the 5am crew.

    This gym is pretty good. I'm impressed that most of the time the guys and girls on the front counter make an effort to say hi when you enter the gym. A small gesture but it's good service, I hate feeling like a number. The shakes and food are good quality although some items in the fridge have high sugar content which always baffles me considering the science around the harmful effects of sugar. My only criticism is the music is never really inspiring and often feels very low energy. I'm sure my review will be read and they'll take my feedback onboard. If not, I'll stick with my headphones, overall I'm happy so far since the change of ownership.
