  If you want outstanding results and professional therapists, this is your place. I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed despite the many different treatments I've ventured. Lauren is amazing!!

  I have been doing laser treatments for over a year now and have been to two different laser clinics before Eden. I decided to switch to this clinic as I have moved houses and it was closer to me. I was not disappointed. I found the perfect clinic. It's quality for price, with fantastic staff, and most importantly (to me at least) it's very clean and hygienic. I got my first treatment with Tigan (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and she was amazing, she made sure I was informed and aware of what is going to happen during the treatment. She also carefully checked the area being treated to make sure the hair is good enough to be treated (sometimes if you treat thin hair it will over stimulate it and other clinics simply don't check and they just do the treatments either way). After the session was over, she carefully applied sunscreen and soothing gel (something I never got from the previous two clinics).

  Customer service is incredible at this place! The ladies make you feel very welcome and comfortable. However results were not as I expected. I had 8 sessions of laser hair removal for the upper lip + I bought a bottle of gel they recommended me to buy but still to this day I have lots of hair in that area.. (These sessions were last year)

  The staff here are just the best. I admit I was nervous about going at first, partly through fear of the pain of laser (it is a laser after all) but also because I was really self-conscious about how I look. The staff were totally professional but more than that were genuinely kind and went out of their way to be as helpful as I could. Plus the laser hair removal has worked amazingly well. Now instead of being nervous, appointments at Eden Penrith are something that I really look forward to.
