  Decent customer service but horrible nails!! Nails came out crooked and messy. There was glue all over my fingers and acrylic left underneath the nails that was set & couldn't be removed. This place used to do nails amazingly but something has changed and now they are bad.

  Had the worst experience here. Don’t get shellac - their UV lights don’t work so you have to sit there until they can make them work. My nails didn’t get painted at a table (there were plenty of free ones) and I had to sit on a couch and just hold my hand up wil she painted. It’s been 10 minutes and the shellac is coming off the tips. Worst nail place in Penrith

  I had French tips done, the white tips bleed, the nail polish didn't last two days as they started to chip awa.

  My first time going to the Penrith store for a pedicure/manicure. They did a good job however, I don't appreciate being part of their conversation especially when they are discussing among themselves how fat my feet and toes were. Learn some respect for customers. Some of us do understand you! I will never go there again nor recommend such a place with disrespectful staff!
