    The questionably skilled "barber" didn't listen then argued / defended the absolutely AWFUL haircut he inflicted on our son. So yes, I'm really unhappy - made worse by several employees defending saying it looked fine and that there wasn't an issue. Bad haircut and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I have taken my 2 year old here 3 times for a cut. First two times i Cant complain, staff were kind to him and chatted about trucks to him to make him feel comfortable.

    The worst hair cut I have ever had in my life. They don't understand what you explain.. they use trim machine to cut your hair faster.

    The last time i took him his hair came out shocking. It really was a crappy cut. Very uneven and missed spots.
