    It was reported that the item was faulty. The technicians have inspected the unit and determined that the Fuel tank, Carby and Trigger assembly has now been replaced. The unit has been tested and is working as per the listing.

    These agents from overseas are even giving us online law lessons and citizen entitlement lessons which doesn’t represent Australian laws and procedures. They are basically trying to force their country laws from their country to Australians in Australia.

    3 Baumur 24" Ag Pro chainsaw 1 star for this item as the first one arrived with a crack in the fuel tank, they replaced it, second one arrived with what it seems like is a loose flywheel causing it to fail, returned for a full refund and purchased a Husky, also this chainsaw directs the exhaust onto the wood with the risk of a fire

    Have bought a few items from Edison’s, most recently a Baumr - AG SX 220E stationary engine, great value and great product. Each time I’ve dealt with Edison’s, I’ve been impressed with the communication and prompt delivery.

    5 1.5" 36 m fire hose two stars for this, it seems ok BUT also leaks like a seive around the clamps at each end making it unusable, this was because they have thin canvas clamped onto a rough cast alloy fitting, this I was able to fix by adding extra hose clamps and by wrapping the rough cast with thread tape, I should not have had to do this

    I Purchased a 24" 82cc MTM chainsaw from Edisons, it had an issue which was sorted with Edisons promptly sending me replacement parts. With some minor adjustments I now have a an awesome saw that has plenty of power for getting through the toughest of Aussie hard woods, I do recommend replacing the Chinese spark plug with a quality brand name one.

    It seems these agents are from overseas and have limited English language command and have no knowledge of Australian laws and does not understand Australian safety standards regarding tools and machines which are different from their countries and hence are forcing and insulting customers to accept the tools back and are not bothered about a person and their family and children safety.

    hi I purchased the 165cc baumer mower, have bought baumer from edisons before, starts 1st go every go, fully recommend the baumer mower, not a known brand in general, but its as good if not better then the big name brands with a great price tag, as always my purchase came quickly, and packaged perfectly, I had an enquiry on my mower after I purchased it, edisons were on to my enquiry immediately, and they left me happy, edisons are great to do business with, old school service.

    4 Warton high pressure pump three stars for this, the motor seems fine, the pump seems fine but it leaks like a sieve out on the pump head through one of the bolt holes, I will be just fixing it myself as its not worth sending it back, but it better not bloody fail if we have a fire........
