  my boy was really sick and waiting long .I was so pissed off he was vomiting and no emergency I told them my 4 months little baby i have left to near to neibhours could somebody check my boy but still half n hour wait still dressing nurse checked and lots of questions , half and hour questions afta that dr came again same questions i had wasted 3 n hours and receptionist were so rude just chatting , helpless, never smile on a face

  Only one doctor worth seeing all the rest don't give a hoot about the patient and don't listen to what is happening.

  Dr Barez is thorough gentleman and a very caring Doctor, I like him a lot.

  I came here after calling to book in a vaccination, asking if it was bulk billed for both the appointment and vaccination, which I was assured it was. I asked for them to check that there was stock and to put one aside, which I was told was not necessary. I get to the clinic, wait for my turn for a half hour, then get into the appointment to find out it is actually not bulk billed and I'd have to leave the appointment, purchase the vaccine and then wait to see the doctor. What an absolute waste of my time.

  Now the best doctor has left and I don't blame her I would not want to work there either as that doctor was the only that worked and took the time to care. The owner doctor is a D***.

  Wait times are ridiculous here, unless you have all day to wait you are better off going to any other medical centre in this area.
