  Didn't have everything in their catalogue or all ring sizes (although admittedly we went at the end of the catalogue time) but what they had was very nice quality priced well. Important to me, they are lovely people, the service was really great. I had rung to check their hours and on the phone they were so welcoming. Then when we went in, we had to wait while others were served which is fair enough, it's just a small shop, but when it was our turn they gave lots of attention and made us feel like special customers even though we weren't spending much and obviously aren't rich. Plus their opinions were HONEST not based on a sale.. how often can u say that about a shop? First time there and they actually recommended something cheaper over something more expensive and we went away v happy. My daughter loves the piece we bought (it really is beautiful and well made) and part of her pleasure is everytime she wears it, she remembers the great shopping experience we had... and I was thrilled with the price. Now it's the first place I will look for jewellery and I tell everyone about our great experience.

  After looking into a big purchase, I visited many different jewelers in the Penrith region. Zamel's was by far the best. With friendly, experienced staff, and the goods they were able to offer me at great prices, I was sold. I would recommend Zamel's Penrith to anyone who wanted to by any kind of jewelry. Overall GREAT experience!
