    How frustrating is the phone service..cant deal with the waiting time n on hold times to find out that they put me onto someone that don't deal with my issue..grrrr!!! Back on hold n waiting..grrr!!!

    I have never managed to speak to an actual person by calling. My tally of waiting on the phone sits at eight or nine hours . The main phone number is always busy and all other numbers IF i get through at all go onto call waiting - anything from forty minutes upwards of waiting - only for the call to be mysteriously dropped. Going in is better at least. Waiting in the office will get your existence acknowledged and the staff are nice but still our claim was bungled for WEEKS before we got any help. We were down to our last scraps of money and had been in every day for a week. God help you if you have mobility, extreme anxiety or fatigue issues, I can only imagine how hard it would be then! Which is ironic really since people with disabilities or problems are meant to be HELPED by this system. Get it together centrelink!
