One of the most friendly, efficient and responsive councils I know. their rates are lower than Blacktown's and other neighbouring councils. Would be good if they could extend their operating hours. But so far so good.

Joke of a council. 2016 rates notice $2673,one year later 2017 no changes to site $3818. A 42% increase. No other word but criminals.....

Penrith City Council are one of the most approachable and progressive Councils I have dealt with. I moved my business to Penrith and as an ‘out of towner’ the community has welcomed me with warm arms. Go Penrith!

How are you guys suppose to allow families to be buried close to each other when a person can only purchase 2 plots per council lga I have tried to purchase a plot for a family member only to be told that I can't because I already have 2 even though one is vaccent the other is occupied I wanted to purchase another was hung up on by council they told me it's the state legislation only 2 plots in one name I have purchased numerous plots in other nsw council areas where I have family buried all those plots in my name Penrith council is a discrace
