  I have been back to the store 3 times now to work out getting this resolved. I've been promised phone calls. What a joke! No phone call received! I've been told someone would come out. No such thing has happened. My son has been sleeping on his mattress on the floor for over 3 months now.

  I purchased a single bed, a trundle and a side table. The slats on the bed fall through and one of the handles on the side table won't attach.

  The rudest and most condescending male staff member I have ever met. You need to learn how to treat women. Not to mention his rude female side kick. Customer service skills minus 10. Stay away !! You have been warned.

  I will never ever go back to buy anything from this store. I am a mum raising 3 kids on my own working part time. It takes me a long time to save this kind of money.
