  I just want to thank Ivan, Kathy and Peter for everything you guys have done for me. I live in Bankstown but the only snooze store I will ever buy from is Snooze Penrith. I've suffered from bad back pain for a while and they were able to make sure I purchased the right bed. Such honest people who care about your wellbeing and not how much money they can suck out of you. 100/100 is what I would rate them. Thank you so much for everything. I will be referring everyone I know to your store.

  Ivan and Kathleen were extremely helpful and polite. There was no pushy salesmanship just information provided on demand with no fluff or guff. Great experience. Highly recommend them. Thanks folks. :)

  Highly recommended. Ivan at Snooze was attentive, courteous and professional when in store. Anything we asked or needed was met with ease. Delivery was exceptional and assembly was well worth the extra fee. Polite and friendly - would definitely shop again at Penrith Snooze!

  Brilliant customer service, first class! Been looking for a good mattress for so long and was so happy when Kathy personally helped me select the best suit for my needs. I really appreciate the staff patience with me cause I know I can be indecisive at the best of times! Thank you to the Penrith Team! I highly recommend this store to anyone for the great service and support. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked through the door!

  We recently had an issue with a gift certificate for $2000 issued by the previous owners of this store about which Ivan knew nothing. Ivan and his staff went out of their way to help us by contacting the previous owner and ensuring the certificate was honoured. Excellent service and we would highly recommend Snooze at Penrith.
