  I was VERY reluctant to order considering the reviews. I have had poor experiences with similar places locally but I decided to take the risk, I am very happy with my order. It arrived on time, just what I asked for and delicious. I am glad and thank you. Will definitely order again and hope for a similar standard of service!

  Decent enough food and prices (barely), but the customer service is non existent. Management and staff should realise the cornerstone of any business, is the people that walk through your door. They look at you like you've murdered their mother and stole her car. I do not want to take a kids somewhere to have you stare them down menacingly just because they asked for a chocolate pizza. As per previous reviews, this place will not last long. Sadly, most kebab shops in Penrith are going down the same path with their atrocious attitude towards the lifeblood of their business.

  The girl who made my kebab wasn't wearing gloves, wasn't a problem untill her hands made contact with my kebab when she was rolling it up with her fingers ( i did notice before she made my kebab she was handling money and didn't wash her hands) and when I asked why she wasn't wearing gloves she tried to say her hands didn't touch it! Then the smartas* owner or manager proceeded to say rude comments to me and even tried to make a point of saying "McDonald's workers don't wear gloves"
