  Slooooow moving to get a ticket... on tym. Get there early. Drinks & eats massively overpriced... buy b4hand or get at a kiosk at the Plaza first. Nowhere near as clean as it used to be a decade ago, cinema inside needs a serious makeover. "Customer Last" across all categories. Obvious their struggling against the digi-media trend.

  If I’m desperate to see something and not able to travel to my preferred cinema then this is fine. Seating is average. Needs a refresh. Car park is just outside the door making it very accessible.

  For 18 bucks, I would expect spotless and functioning restrooms, clean seats, and occasional vacuuming of the public thoroughfare. This is how standards fall without healthy competition nearby. Hoyt's, that's a FAIL

  A nice cinema but lines always take forever to get through.

  Loud children in late night horror movies. Occasional yellow, brown, or white stains on half the seats, a third of which are only half attached to the ground. Gum in almost every cup holder, or miscellaneous vomit, sometimes with chunks. This is not a one off criticism but a consistent experience over more than a decade. An icecream here costs as much as a movie ticket to a local cinema. If you're cut from a sharp edge on your seat, get a tetanus shot.
