  Packed my bags containing bought items in the storage compartment - only, when trying to leave, I was pulled aside by security who demanded I emptied out the entire contents of my pram.. all I had was the things I had bought, plus a small tire pump and a very flatly packed blue and white striped bag from Coles - which was basically lining the bottom of the storage compartment, is was that flat..

  I was made to look like a thief. I have never been so embarrassed! Will never shop at another chemist warehouse ever again. I used to buy all of my baby changing and bathing products from CWH - but not anymore! I will be happy to pay the extra and go elsewhere. The Gaia products I use are organic and cost a pretty penny and I replace these items weekly, but I guess by cutting back on friendly customer service, they can afford to lose customers like me

  My things ended up all over the floor! Once he realised that I hadn't stolen anything whilst out with my newborn baby, I had to repack everything and he didn't even help me - plus I was in people's way, stepping over me.. I could have died!
