    Shocking service. I had just recieved my insulin from the hospital and forgotten to pick up the little needles for the pen. Nepean hospital assured everyone that they had conversed with chemist warehouse in penriyh area and they would be accommodating even if you did not have your ndss number etc. Was NOT accommodating WHATSOEVER! despite showing them the pens and script which I wouldn't have if the details were not going to be updated. As a result of this I will never shop there for anything else ever again.

    Contrary to all the advertising about them being the cheapest their pricing is nothing special.

    The Chemist was rude and arrogant and didn't seem interested in wanting to help me, but the lady who served me at the front counter was lovely. Which is a shame because I will never go back there.
