  Quite often there will be a short wait, however they responsive to any queues, hence five minutes is about the average wait. The staff I find helpful and quick. Where they are unable to supply an item they are only to happy to help with the name of somewhere that are able to supply.

  Can't do things right I have waited over 2 weeks to get a parcel an every time they send a card out the stuff it up an don't put my name on it I wouldn't even give the half a start

  So paid $7 to send EXPRESS POST LETTER to the ATO postage box there ..1 week and the letter is still waiting to be collected I assumed the post office notified when IMPORTANT MAIL E.G. Registered, Express mail arrived and so it could be collected ....

  I received a dodgy email purporting to be for Parcel Collection, giving a link to open "collection receipts" - a phishing scam. Called Auspost and spoke to an awesome customer service lady who checked it all out in five minutes and reported that it was a known scam on Yahoo email addresses. She was awesome. Really nice and efficient.
