  Great bathroom setup for messy eating. Large open windows to watch your charcoal chicken being made. I do love watching the shish kebab spin around in the charcoal. Mouth watering..

  Edit: We went again and the chicken and chops were so salty we could barely eat our dinner. I ended up throwing my chips out it was that salty. We gave them a chance and went back again, this time we ordered lamb kebab and chips. It was so salty it was almost inedible. It made me wonder why they were using so much Salt? Makes you wonder. Regardless, I'm put off now and don't think I'll be going back for awhile.

  1 - Staff 90% of the time does not pick up calls. (Solution assign one person to take calls at all times, when not busy serve customer.)

  2 - Orders takes ages to get ready. Main reason is staff waits until the rest of the order gets ready while standing there doing nothing. Staff cannot make their decisions. (solution require a person to maintain staff. No one seems to be in charge. to get the orders on time. Orders takes 20 minutes: for just a chicken roll. )

  We went here tonight after a very bad meal elsewhere causing us to throw away our dinner and we were still hungry for dinner. We got the chicken and chips and it was really nice. Very good prices, really big portions and great food. I loved the garlic sauce. Will definitely be back.

  Never had bad tasting food from El Jannah in Penrith and we have eaten here around 10 times since their opening. It's always of high quality and fairly quickly served out from time of ordering even when they are extremely busy which they often are
