  Packed on a Friday night. Their service is fast until the main. It took them an hour for our main. Caesar salad was too cheesy that I had to drink water every after bite. I’m only giving three stars as the staff who looked after us was very hardworking.

  Came for dinner over the weekend with some friends. VERY VERY busy night, had to wait nearly 30 mins for our mains but our server Chris W was FANTASTIC! Came and apologised for the wait and let us know our food was on it's way before we even had to ask! Super polite and friendly, with a big smile on his face despite how busy it was, really made us feel important :)

  As mentioned in another review, the US versions of this restaurant will give you the wrong idea. The branding seems to be the same but the quality is significantly better.

  The restaurant is nicely decorated with a salmon style wooden booths and tables, with the addition of feature walls.

  I would have given it no stars if that was an option, this was the worst customer service I have experienced as the waiter threw the coasters at us and I thought that he was not a good waiter. The rest of the waiters were not polite at all, they ignored us and had the worst attitude on them as they looked like they didn't want to be there and hated their job. I am never going to the Outbacsk Steakhouse in Penrith as this disgusted me. YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO ACTUALLY WORK THERE!
