  We were given a quote ($12,000) in May 2016 to have our rusted fascia guttering and downpipes replaced on our 2 storey house and wanted to go ahead. Got told not to worry about paying the deposit as they would let us know when to pay it closer to the start date. Had to keep chasing them down for a date. Kept getting the run around. Left several voice messages on his mobile phone and messages with the receptionist. On the one occasion when my husband actually spoke to him he knew straightaway which property my husband was talking about. Said he was just looking at the plans and he would be ready in 2 weeks. Never happened.

  Anyway, we went on to find another contractor who was much cheaper and had the job done in a timely manner and we will be giving that company a 5 Star review. If SC Roof Repairs didn't want to do the job then why not say so in the first place instead of mucking us around for almost 12 months and causing more drainage and plumbing issues for us.
