  When into my local store. staff seemed helpful assisted picking out a suit etc. it came to $500 i had not the money to pay on that day. so he suggest i pay $120 with debit and afterpay the rest. i agreed we process the $120 the efpost machine has a spasm took my money and didn`t print a recipt. he said this was fine and we would fix it on my following payday. instead of using afterpay i was to pay in full the remainder. which was fine. but when i went into the store this morning the other staff member ( manager i think ) said i had not paid anything. because i had not possed a proper recipent. but i have a bank statement saying otherwise. and he made me pay the full price over again. so i paid $120 extra for nothing. after i showed him the bank statement he said he would call the head office and get back to me. But as of yet i have not heard a peep about whats going on. Nor have i received my refund i would`ent recommend this store to anyone! to sum it up i paid $620 for a $500 suit... worse customer service i have ever experienced ( this was the mount druitt store )
