    This place was our favourite. We bought shoes few times when they were just across the present shop. We went this Sunday for walking shoes for wife. The staff knew that we were waiting but two times picked new comers. Sorry ladies! your new location and new staff failed and 2 stars from me this time.

    Your stupid website doesn't work properly, it doesn't let me delete items from my shopping cart and it changes details of my order like shoe size, very very frustrating and when I called your Penrith store they said they can't help.
