    After being at the Telstra Business Center Penrith sorting out paper work and what not I was told to go to Telstra at the Penrith Nepean Village.

    Terrible customer service. Bought new phones from this shop 2 weeks ago - order not complete.Cant contact the sales staff by phone - have rung at least 6 times a day over the last 3 days. They do not answer the phone! !!!

    They never rang me about it being repaired - I have had to do all the chasing. Numerous phone calls which either indicated their number was engaged or rang out after a minute and a half, and two emails got no response. Finally after about eight weeks, I got through and yes, it was waiting for me. No, it wasn't, sadly.

    Dropped off a phone under warranty when it wouldn't charge. Eleven weeks later, I still can't get it back. In spite of being told TWICE that it was in the store, I wasted two mornings and two 70km round trips to try and collect it. Neither time could they find it, and have repudiated all responsibility.

    I have never been treated so poorly with customer service. It was 330pm and the store was completely empty. The sales assistant refused to serve me and told me to come back tomorrow. Only thing he did was fax my paper work and said wait 24hrs. No where on the forms does it state to wait 24hrs to sign up a new plan/contract. It says you can pop into any local Telstra store. I'm so angry and frustrated that I now have to go a another Telstra store. This will
