    Went in to pay off a cruise we have had booked for months, were kept waiting for an hour with no sense of urgency from the 2 staff members. Who only puts two staff members on a Saturday which would arguably be the busiest day of the week. Ended up leaving without paying and I'll pay online rather than dealing with this store. There were another 6-8 people who walked in and left due to the slow service in the time I was also kept waiting. In future I'll make sure to shop elsewhere or online, terrible customer service from this branch.
