  There was $500 deposit instead of $200 as advertised on the website. After withdrawing $200 in cash, which they wouldn't accept, my account was effectively down $700 until it was redeposited. I also think charging extra for any kilometers after 100km is a racket. You pay for the vehicle and the fuel already. Otherwise I'm happy with the service and vehicle provided.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager Reen or whatever her name is was very rude and failed to inform/ advise accordingly as per company policy to make it clear prior to us driving all the way out to pick up the truck only to be told then at the yard the requirements in Regards to payment which completely contradicted the email she sent us with the outline of payment. After reading most of the reviews it appears it's the standard at this branch. Never using their service again or referring anyone.
